These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on Sneakers Studio (https://sneakers-studio.com). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. APPLICABILITY & ORDER PLACEMENT
All orders placed through our online store constitute a binding offer by you to purchase the selected products under these Terms of Sale.
- Order Confirmation: After submitting an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This email serves as an acknowledgment of receipt and constitutes acceptance of the sale contract.
- Right to Refuse: Sneakers Studio reserves the right to cancel or decline any order in the event of stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspicious/fraudulent activity, or payment processor failure.

2. PRICING & CURRENCY
- All prices displayed on our website are denominated in British Pounds (GBP / £) unless a different local currency is selected at checkout.
- Prices exclude shipping and delivery charges, which are clearly calculated and displayed before you finalize payment.
- We make every effort to maintain accurate pricing. In the rare event of an obvious typographic error in product pricing, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel any affected orders before shipment.

5. CANCELLATION & RETURN RIGHTS
- Statutory Right to Cancel: In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase and request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your goods.
- Return Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, complete with original tags and protective packaging. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage are not eligible for a full refund.
- Return Shipping: Unless the item received is defective or significantly not as described, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

6. DEFECTIVE GOODS & WARRANTY
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery, please notify our customer support within 48 hours of receipt with photographic proof. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act.
